Why we take an integrated approach.
We all know that the best way to help someone is to understand them and their goals, so that you can proactively anticipate and meet their needs. That is our primary goal when we begin working with an organization.
But what do we really mean and what does that look like?
For one of our clients, it meant taking a look at the end-user of their products – children with special needs who were trying to learn how to write. By working with their product development group, we learned that two key issues the children faced were being overly sensitive to brightness and having trouble with fine motor skills. With this understanding, we were able to research a variety of papers and found an ideal solution – a paper without optical brighteners and a more porous surface that increased the drag co-efficient, making it easier for the children to handle their pencils as they write.
This is the perfect example of what we strive to do with each of our clients. This is also a perfect example of why we are passionate about taking an integrated approach…and the value it brings to our clients and to their customers.
